Easy parking.
From Bealey Avenue (north side of the CBD): Madras Street is a good way to come. At the end of Madras St, continue straight along Forfar Street. At the end of Forfar St is a T-junction. Turn right into Westminster Street and then first left into Thames Street.
From New Brighton/Shirley: proceed along New Brighton Road/Shirley Road/Warrington Street until the Forfar Street roundabout. Turn right into Forfar Street. At the end of Forfar St is a T-junction. Turn right into Westminster Street and then take the first left into Thames Street.
From the northern suburbs: go down Main North Road. After QE2 Drive, fork left into Cranford Street. At the Innes Road traffic lights, turn left into Innes Road. Thames Street is the third road on the right.
From the eastern suburbs: go along Innes Road. Thames Street is the third road on the right after the Cranford Street traffic lights.
Buses
The new temporary Bus Exchange is in Litchfield Street, and is called Central Station. Bus 14 or 16 is recommended if you wish to travel from Central Station to St Albans Osteopathy. [St Albans Osteopathy] = the nearest stop to St Albans Osteopathy (5 - 15 minutes walk).
Bus number 14 runs: Dyers Pass - Cashmere - Somerfield - Sydenham - Central Station - Edgeware - [St Albans Osteopathy] - Papanui - Casebrook - Harewood (Bishopdale Mall). Click here to see the timetable and a routemap for the number 14 bus.

Both buses 14 and 16 run along Cranford Street. Get off at the stop close to Malvern Street, which is an 5 minute walk to St Albans Osteopathy. Walk east along Malvern Street. Thames Street is the third street. Turn right, number 43 is 20 metres on the right.
Bus number 46 runs: Parkside (for Hagley Park/Christchurch Hospital) - Central Station - Richmond - [St Albans Osteopathy] - Mairehau - Shirley (The Palms Mall) - Burwood Hospital - Marshland.
